What are the ticket prices for the UXinsight Festival?

Can I share my ticket with a colleague?

Your ticket is personal. If a colleague also wants to join the Festival please buy a separate ticket so you can both enjoy interactive sessions and benefit from networking opportunities. We offer groups of 4 or more a discount of 20% and alternate pricing for countries with extreme currency difference to the euro.

What’s included in my ticket?

With your Festival ticket you can join all Festival activities. This means the talks, live Q&A, interactive sessions, networking and fun activities. The Festival is taking place on April 14-16 (Wed – Thu – Fri). You’ll also be invited to join the Festival group on our Community platform to chat, network and share with your peers.
After the event, you'll get access to the recordings of the talks and activities.

What does the program of the Festival look like?

The program contains talks, interactive sessions, live Q&A’s and plenty of opportunities to meet and engage with your fellow researchers. Check out the full program here.
The main program takes place between 12.00 - 18.00 Central European Time. Convert start time to your time zone.

How can I connect with other researchers during the Festival?

To most of us, a major benefit of visiting a conference is the possibility to connect with other researchers. We took this as the basis of the Festival.

Are the talks and sessions recorded/slides shared?

All talks are (pre)recorded. With a ticket to the Festival, you will get access to all recordings for an entire year. The Q&A’s and interactive sessions are live and will be recorded during the Festival. You’ll have access to those recordings as well for the same period. We will share respective speakers’ slides if we have permission to do so.

The recordings of the (pre)recorded talks will be available at the end of each Festival day. The recordings of the interactive sessions will be available the week after the Festival.

How do the interactive sessions work?

On April 14 and 15 there are 5 interactive sessions that run parallel and start at 15.30 CEST. You can freely choose one of the sessions to join. No need to sign up upfront. Go to the section Sessions in Hopin at 15.30 CEST and join the session you prefer.

If your session ends before we start with the daily wrap up, you'll have some extra time to visit our Expo booths or to network at the virtual meeting point, job board or the 3-minute random Meet & Greet.

How do I access the online Festival?

The online platform for the Festival is Hopin. To log in, you'll get a personal link one working day in advance. You have to create a Hopin account or use your existing account. You register once and can use your account to log in to the entire Festival.

For some sessions we'll use Zoom, to be able to work in breakout rooms. The link will be provided in the applicable session in Hopin.

What should I do if I need captioning?

All (pre)recorded talks will have captions in English. For the interactive sessions and live Q&A, we'd like to discuss the options at an individual level. Please contact us at

What’s your cancellation/refund policy?

We don’t offer refunds but you can transfer the ticket to someone else. Please send your request to transfer your ticket to Ticket transfers are possible until 24 hours before the Festival starts.
