At Incentro you’ll get the opportunity to work on large-scale projects and help design complex websites. Our customers? We work for great companies such as GrandVision, Vattenfall, Coop and Randstad.
As a UX researcher you are always on the lookout for new insights in order to create the best user experience. Within a multidisciplinary team you are responsible for research into the behavior, wishes and needs of various target groups. You’ll work closely with product owners, strategists and designers to develop and validate new digital concepts. You do this by using qualitative and quantitative research techniques such as interviews, observation and usability testing. Based on new customer insights, you can give advice on how a digital product or service can be improved.
Within Incentro you will become part of our team of hardcore designers. We are a young team of 8 passionate designers, each with their own expertise. Every month we come together to share knowledge and inspiration and to ensure that we make more and more impact as a design team. As a senior researcher, we expect you to help our community grow further and support designers who are less experienced when it comes to user research. Of course, you are still eager to learn yourself and Incentro challenges you to take further steps in your career.
With a passion for a design, you’ll go a long way with us. What else do we want from you?
- A completed HBO/WO diploma;
- 3+ years of experience with UX research
- You are empathetic, analytically strong and a real problem solver
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research
- Can independently set up a research project based on any given challenge and know which methods to use to gather the right insights
- You can give advice on how user experience can be improved and convert insights into actionable items
- Strong communication skills, you can present your results in an understandable and convincing way
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience in consultancy is a plus
What we offer.
