We’re excited to welcome you back to Leiden, the Netherlands. The Festival will take place at the Stadsgehoorzaal, located in the heart of the city and easily accessible.

UXinsight is where UXR professionals from all backgrounds come together to co-create a warm, welcoming space for learning, sharing, and genuine connection.

You’ll find thoughtfully crafted talks, honest conversations and lots of fun.

The Festival attracts people who are deeply involved in UX research—from curious newcomers to seasoned professionals.

At the 2025 edition, we welcomed 500+ participants (250+ in-person and 250+ online), with a mix of:

• UX researchers 
• UX designers 
• UX(R) managers
• and UXR enthusiasts

Most attendees have 5+ years of experience, though we welcome all levels.

They come from a wide range of sectors—tech, e-commerce, finance, government, education, and more—bringing diverse, research-driven perspectives to the conversation.

Absolutely!

• Early bird pricing: Get your ticket at the lowest price from January 27 until February 10
• Group discount: Purchase 4 or more tickets and enjoy an automatic 15% discount in your shopping cart. [Not applicable during early bird pricing]
• Special virtual ticket rate: If you’re a student, currently unemployed, or living in a country with a significant currency difference from the Euro, you can join the Virtual Experience for €50 (ex VAT). Simply use discount code UXFEST26 in your cart to apply the rate.
• Accompanying ticket (free): If you need to bring a personal assistant or caregiver for accessibility reasons, contact us by email to make the arrangements.

Your ticket is personal. If a colleague also wants to join the conference, please buy a separate ticket so you can both enjoy all activities and benefit from networking opportunities.

We offer groups of 4 or more a discount of 15% (does not apply to early bird tickets). Also, we offer alternative pricing for countries with significant currency differences relative to the euro, students, and people currently unemployed.

We accept payment by Invoice, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, iDEAL and Paypal.

We don’t offer refunds, but you can transfer the ticket to someone who can take your place. 

Please send your request, including the personal details of the person replacing you, to info@uxinsight.org to transfer your ticket. Ticket transfers are possible until 24 hours before the start of the Festival.

All prices are subject to VAT. For in-person events in the Netherlands, 21% Dutch VAT applies.

For virtual events, VAT is charged in accordance with EU VAT rules.

This year’s conference marks the 10th UXR event and our 5th in a hybrid format.

• April 20 (in-person): half-day, highly interactive program: The Research Re:mix. The focus lies on solving your challenges, sharing solutions and ideas, and setting the base for connecting with peers throughout the entire conference, and possibly even beyond.
• April 21 and 22 (hybrid): conference days with talks, live Q&As, networking sessions, break activities, sponsor demos and more. It’s a single track program, so no FOMO.
• April 21 evening (in-person): UXinsight by Night. Social program to enjoy the evening and connect with peers in a relaxed and informal setting.

The entire event is in English.

UXinsight by Night on Tuesday, April 21, is an evening full of fun, food, and drinks. It is all about low-effort and enjoyable networking.

The evening consists of a team activity, dinner and drinks. If your team wins, eternal glory is yours, along with a fun prize, and for sure you’ll have a great conversation starter during the final conference day. 

UXinsight by Night is included in the Full Festival experience 3-day ticket. With a 2-day Conference experience ticket, you can add a UXinsight by Night ticket for €45.

For many of us, connecting with fellow researchers is one of the biggest perks of attending a conference. At the Festival, we’ve made this a core focus:

• Monday’s interactive session: Collaborate in small groups with like-minded peers on shared challenges.
• Plenty of breaks: Lots of time to connect and exchange views during the in-person event.
• Live Q&As: Dive deeper into insights through engaging discussions.
• UXinsight by Night (April 21): Enjoy low-effort networking, fun, food, and drinks in a relaxed setting.
• And more to come

We’ll share the recordings of the talks and Q&As the week after the event. All ticket holders have access to those for 3 months.

The interactive session on Monday is participation-oriented and focused on taking action. To encourage openness, this is not recorded.

You’ll receive a personal link 1 working day in advance to log in to our online platform.

We held a call for speakers from October 1-15 and the program is final. There are no speakers slots available anymore.
