Absolutely!

• Group discount: Purchase 4 or more tickets and enjoy an automatic 20% discount in your shopping cart.
• Special virtual ticket rate: If you’re a student, currently unemployed, or living in a country with a significant currency difference from the Euro, you can join the Virtual Experience for €50 (ex VAT). Simply use discount code UXFEST-X25 in your cart to apply the rate.
• Accompanying ticket (free): If you need to bring a personal assistant or caregiver for accessibility reasons, contact us by email to make the arrangements.

Your ticket is personal. If a colleague also wants to join the conference, please buy a separate ticket so you can both enjoy all activities and benefit from networking opportunities.

We offer groups of 4 or more a discount of 20% (does not apply to early bird tickets). Also, we provide alternate pricing for countries with extreme currency differences to the euro, students and people currently without a job.

We accept payment by Invoice (in-person ticket only), Bank Transfer, Credit Card, iDEAL and Paypal. All payments are due before the start of the conference.

We don’t offer refunds, but you can transfer the ticket to someone who can replace you. 

Please send your request, including the personal details of the person replacing you, to transfer your ticket to info@uxinsight.org. Ticket transfers are possible until 24 hours before the start of the Festival.

This year’s conference marks the 9th UXR event and our 4th in a hybrid format.

• April 14 (in-person): half-day highly interactive program. Monday will take on a fresh twist in 2025, with even more focus on collaboration and turning insights into action.
• April 15 and 16 (hybrid): conference days with talks, live Q&As, networking sessions, break activities, sponsor demos and more.

UXinsight by Night on Tuesday, April 15, is an evening full of fun, food, and drinks. It is all about low-effort and enjoyable networking while teaming up with peers.

While seeing more of Leiden, compete for eternal glory as you work together to win the challenge. You don’t have to be a games fanatic, but it is okay if you are ;). More details soon.

UXinsight by Night is included in the Full Festival experience 3-day ticket. With a 2-day Conference experience ticket, you can add a UXinsight by Night ticket for €45.

All talks and Q&As are recorded. We’ll share the recordings the week after the event. All ticket holders have access to those for the entire year.

The interactive session on Monday is participation-oriented and focused on taking action. To encourage openness, this is not recorded.

Slides are shared if the speaker permits us to do so.

For many of us, connecting with fellow researchers is one of the biggest perks of attending a conference. At the Festival, we’ve made this a core focus:

• Monday’s interactive session: Collaborate in small groups with like-minded peers on shared challenges.
• Plenty of breaks: Lots of time to connect and exchange views during the in-person event.
• Live Q&As: Dive deeper into insights through engaging discussions.
• UXinsight by Night (April 15): Enjoy low-effort networking, fun, food, and drinks in a relaxed setting.

You’ll get a personal link one working day in advance to log into our online platform.

We’ve held a call for speakers for our 2025 Festival, which ended on October 14. We’ve received 138 proposals, and our curation team created the program based on these submissions. At this point, we unfortunately can no longer accept new proposals.
