Tickets

When will the ticket sales start?

Early bird ticket sales will start on January 28, 2025 and end on February 11, 2025.

Limited spots are available for the Full Festival experience and UXinsight by Night.
What is included in my ticket?
We offer 3 types of tickets:

Full Festival experience – 3-day ticket
Early bird €995 – Regular €1195
- Ticket valid on April 14, 15 and 16

- Join UXinsight by Night
- Half-day interactive program on Monday, focusing on collaboration and turning insights into action.
Conference experience – 2-day ticket
Early bird €750 – Regular €950
- Ticket valid on April 15 and 16
- Access to live talks and Q&As
- Access to recordings
- Meet and chat with peers
- Access to sponsor demos
- Lunch and catering
Virtual experience – 2-day online ticket
Early bird € 175 – Regular €225
- Ticket valid on April 15 and 16
- Online access to live talks and Q&As
- Access to recordings
- Meet online and chat with peers
All prices are exclusive of VAT
Do you offer (group) discount?

Yes! Groups of 4 or more get a 20% discount (not applicable to early bird tickets).

We also provide alternate pricing for countries with extreme currency differences to the euro, students, and people currently without jobs. More information on alternate pricing soon.

Where will the Festival take place?

We’re excited to welcome you to the Netherlands again, this time in the beautiful city of Leiden.

The city is close to Amsterdam and famous for its university, museums, waterways, and quest for knowledge and freedom of expression. The historic canals, the beautiful buildings and alleyways have surrounded many who have made important discoveries over centuries.

The monumental building, with its various halls and foyers, all provided with modern technology, makes a great fit for the cosy and warm atmosphere of the UXinsight Festival.

The Stadsgehoorzaal is located in the city centre of Leiden and is easy to reach.
How about the accessibility of the venue?
- The Stadsgehoorzaal welcomes everyone.
- All the halls used for the UXinsight Festival 2025 are accessible to wheelchairs.
- An assistive system is available for the hearing impaired.
- An officially trained guide dog is allowed inside to accompany you.
- There will be a pause area – a quiet space for those wanting to unwind and some take time.

What does the set-up of the Festival look like?
This year’s conference marks the 9th UXR event and our 4th in a hybrid format.
- April 14 (in-person): half-day highly interactive program. Monday will take on a fresh twist in 2025, with even more focus on collaboration and turning insights into action.
- April 15 and 16 (hybrid): conference days with talks, live Q&As, networking sessions, break activities, sponsor demos and more.
When will the full program be announced?

We aim to finalise our decisions about the program in December 2024 and publish this at the start of 2025.
What is UXinsight by Night?

UXinsight by Night on Tuesday, April 15, is an evening full of fun, food, and drinks. It is all about low-effort and enjoyable networking while teaming up with peers.

While seeing more of Leiden, compete for eternal glory as you work together to win the challenge. You don’t have to be a games fanatic, but it is okay if you are ;). More details soon.

UXinsight by Night is included in the Full Festival experience 3-day ticket. With a 2-day Conference experience ticket, you can add a UXinsight by Night ticket for €35.
