  Audience of 2025 edition: 500+ participants (250+ in-person & 250+ online).

  Mainly UX researchers (60%), plus designers (15%) and UXR leads (15%). They range from starter to seasoned pro, but most have 5+ years of experience.

  Attendees work across various sectors, including tech, e-commerce, finance, government, education, and more, bringing diverse, research-driven perspectives.

• What packages do you offer?

  We aim to keep our sponsorship packages flexible and affordable. 

  Every partnership starts with our Starter Package, which gives you essential visibility (before, during and after) and access. From there, you can extend your package by adding options that best match your goals, whether you’re looking for visibility, interaction, or deeper engagement.

  Yes! Confirm your sponsorship before September 15 and receive 10% off your complete package.
