AI powered Research Repository at LinkedIn (a 4+ year journey)

Learn how the UXR team at LinkedIn tried AirTable, EnjoyHQ, and, most recently, Glean when building a research repository. How did they tackle tool integration and introduce a chatbot to streamline UX research? Discover what worked, what didn’t, and how PMs & Designers fell in love with the solution.

Marieke McCloskey (UXR Director at LinkedIn) and Brandi Amm (ReOps manager at LinkedIn) will share details about their journey and where they are now —plus the ongoing challenge of making it work even better for their UX researchers.

“We turned scattered insights and endless documents into a research goldmine!” – Marieke

About this session

Our mission is to help the UXR community grow by identifying challenges in the current practice and initiating discussions.
This time, we're excited to explore the world of research repositories with you.

We’ve noticed that many organisations struggle with sharing research insights throughout the organisation. Research repositories are often a hot topic during our knowledge-sharing and networking sessions with UXR peers.

In our two upcoming Think Tank sessions, we want to explore the world of research repositories more deeply. This session on LinkedIn’s journey is the first. Next time, October 29, we’ll hear from a research librarian 🤩.

Join us for insights and inspiration!
